I founded The Back Office NYC because New York City agents — and the people running behind them — deserve the same quiet authority and precision that closes deals, pointed at the operations holding the business up, not just the transactions in front of it.

My path into this work started with board packages: co-op and condo submissions that leave zero room for error and demand real fluency in this city's particular rules, boards, and expectations. I learned early that a missing signature or a mismatched bank balance can stall an otherwise perfect deal, and that discipline in the fine print is what actually protects a client. From there, the work grew — building the full infrastructure underneath a team: the playbook that explains how the business runs, and the SOPs that keep transactions on track without anyone reinventing the process every time.

Training became just as much a part of this as building. I've spent years bringing new agents and operations hires up to speed — not just showing them what to do, but why it matters, so they can make good calls on their own instead of waiting to be told. Watching someone go from unsure to genuinely capable, because they finally have a system they can actually follow, is one of my favorite parts of this work.

I truly care about what happens as a team grows. A two-person team and a twenty-person team don't run on the same systems — what works when everyone can just turn around and ask a question breaks down fast once there are more people, more deals, and more room for something to slip. I've spent real time inside that exact problem: helping teams scale without losing accuracy, streamlining the tangle of tools and habits that build up as a business grows, and making sure bigger never means sloppier.
